Marwood Close to Miami

Dear Sebastian,
I promised I would tell you about my journey to the United States of America. Here we go!

Mummy packed daddy’s bags yesterday. She made sure I had everything. You drove the powered chair out of the garage for me. You can see your coat shining!

Mick the taxi driver had a Mercedes Vito; it was a 62. You took my luggage to the taxi. Mick said you were helpful.

The roof of the taxi was low, so I moved to a normal seat.

Here is a picture of Mick.

A man called Waleed took my luggage at the airport. He took me through security. I was in the powered chair, and the machine did not go beep. Why? I did not go under the normal thing!

Waleed took me to a place to eat. He was nice so I gave him £15 to say thank you. I had breakfast; the nice people carried it to me.

Then I drove to the plane. At the door I got out of the powered chair and walked to my seat. It was a seat and a bed; amazing!

The flight attendant was called Kevin. He undid my laces, took off my shoes and put on the warm plane socks. The plane trip was nine hours; much less than when you went to Brisbane! (and they don’t say Salamatatan). I ate two nice meals and watched movies. Kevin helped me walk to the toilet; the plane was wobbly sometimes! Osvaldo did too and he told me some funny stories! He put my shoes on as well.
I listened to the Country Channel. I always do when I go to America! I listened to Carrie Underwood of course.

Here is the taxi I took from the airport to Phil and Jina’s house. I arrived! Was it Phil Mickelson or Phil Nicholas? You know.
