Spent a couple of hours with product development and usability folks from tobii dynavox, the eye gaze people. They looked at how I use the software and the internet and got my feedback on some prototypes. This is clever stuff. They helped me with questions I had around for a while. I’ll be faster now and some frustrations now gone. They took away my feedback. Dutch, Norwegian, British. Good people. Whole experience took me back to Amadeus days! Great piece of kit and thanks NHS for providing it.
Continuous improvement is how I see everything helping us with the illness, be that care, equipment, anything. For example, the staff at Water Mill have started doing physio with me and it is changing how I feel. There is always more to learn and improve.
Thanks for coming guys.
