A Groundbreaking Equation

As my family and I try and cope with this disease, I am pleased to say that I have found the reason people get MND / ALS. I explain it in the equation below.

<3√(65≈≥6⁴÷²±2√(45)∞3∂228≈¹92⁴⁵≥5∑[1ⁱⁿ]=2
or put it another way – αβγδζηθλμξπσϕΩψωΓΔΘΛΞΠΦ∴∵∉35℉

I’ve got a mate, who has had this disease for decades, and who is brilliant at maths. He checked my equations and agrees that I am right. Cheers, our Stevie.

The craziness, pain, absurdity, laughter, fear, surprises, shocks, the angels helping. I never wish this disease on any family. Proud of mine.

Thanks Jane and the carers and nurses for helping me through a difficult week. You keep me going.

I am beginning to understand why people with MND / ALS give up. The cumulative effect of all the loss is hard to take. The effort we have made to adapt, cope and negotiate, where we shouldn’t have to. We keep going. Thanks to everyone helping us.

Now I have shown why people get it, can someone find a cure please?

Our eye gaze book in German ready for purchase very soon. Watch out for more information!

PS – congratulations on my former manager and friend, Gillian, being selected as Conservative Party candidate for Chichester. Our parliament will benefit enormously!

  1. You are still making jokes! I can not imagine any one else being more amazing with ALS than you are being and your family too. We admire you all and still will when/if you give up.

  2. Well done for taking so elequently about the illnesses that you are suffering from. The constant determination that you show dealing with you life .

Keep strong as you can. I have no idea how hard it must be for you and your family.
