‘Are they still walking?’

‘Who do you mean Sebastian?’

I thought he was talking about someone we had seen walking across Kings Langley common.

‘Those people, you know.’

Turns out he was asking about the people fleeing Syria, who we talked about at dinner seven days ago.

I told him they were picked up by coaches on the motorway and taken to Austria.

It is so interesting to observe the questions and ideas coming from children.
