Driving today on the M25 I see the number of trucks from continental Europe. Trade. Many hotels, pubs, building sites, hospitals, care homes, businesses rely on and prosper with non-UK staff. We benefit from new ideas from other countries. Our ability to live and work in 27 countries; no questions. Used to be called European Community; exactly. Try trading and travelling in other parts of the world; not so easy. We don’t run away; work things out. Ideas, cooperation, understanding.  Hard to be part of a family you don’t know or where you hear only bad sides. Yes, negotiate harder for what we want. Vote ‘Remain’.

Some breathing problems in warmer weather and a choking event make me think. Baptism-power of the singing, God’s word, the congregation, friends from all over, Phil’s reading, the water and a meal with twenty people after.
