When Ian and I were at school, we bought each other birthday presents costing less than 20 pence. The best present I received was a language course for Serbo Croat. In the early 80s, it was Yugoslavia, and we just thought Serbo Croat was a hilarious name for a language.

My Californian Family

Jeff retired and he now works four days per week as a 6th grade classroom assistant. That’s some retirement! At least I could understand that job, as opposed to the lifelong one in nuclear magnetic resonance at UC Davis.
