I always enjoy reading a book called ‘Running Shoes’ to my children. The synopsis of the book is this: ‘Sophy, a determined young girl living in an impoverished Cambodian village, fulfills her dream of going to school–with the help of a pair of running shoes.’
Many people yesterday were also fighting to get on the bus to take them to work.
I walked from Euston to Queen Square yesterday, about a mile each way, in the warm sun, aided by my two walking sticks. It felt great!
Something is not quite right.
